Since 2007, we have been choosing to use BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology for the design and management of all our works, long before its use was made mandatory for large public contracts.
Our group immediately realised the advantages, in terms of efficiency and productivity, associated with the use of this technology: the possibility of integrating all aspects of the design (architectural, structural, plant engineering, energy and management) into a single model, and of better managing the construction site phases (both as Works Management and as Contractor or Client). In fact, BIM guarantees precision in the control of all phases of the building process, drastically reducing costs, errors and downtime.
