For almost 15 years, the engineers and architects of our company have been making use of the performance of Building Information Modelling (BIM), which is now an international standard for optimising the planning, construction and management of buildings, often exclusively required by both public and private clients.

The multimedia object created is much more than the classic 3-dimensional project, it is a real database of every component: load-bearing structure, furnishing specifications, energy performance of the systems, site organisation, maintenance work, building management.
AS-BUILT MODEL
The BIM model of a building is valid from the design to the engineering, construction and management of the building, throughout its life cycle. The three-dimensional model also contains information on time, cost and management parameters. This is one of the reasons we make our knowledge available to all professionals in the civil, architectural and engineering sectors; knowledge acquired over the years in the field of design and modelling in a BIM environment using Autodesk Revit software ( architecture, structure, MEP ). And we offer our clients the necessary consultancy for the BIM engineering of projects and artefacts, analysing potential critical factors and needs within the work team and then defining a customised path to optimise resources to achieve the objective.
